When subscribers want to utilize network operator services such as LTE, UMTS, GPRS/EDGE, PTT, WAP, and/or MMS, a host of settings need to be entered into each handset. These settings include a dial up number, username and password, homepage URL and Gateway IP address. Traditionaly, a user would need to enter the details using the slow and cumbersome numeric keypad. WeDoIT Device Management Platform automates this process for ease of use for the network operator’s subscribers.
User friendly GUIs and it is simple to use
System management activities such as pushing messages to a specific customer, displaying statistical information through charts and graphs, provisioning new phone models and keys, bearer profiles, WAP, MMS and PTT profiles
Subscription based events
Subscription based events (e.g. activation, deactivation, sim change, msisdn change, etc.) can be followed up by an OTA Campaign real time. For example a subscriber changes his SIM card and on first registration to network all applets on his new SIM card is upgraded / installed automatically.
Single service
Mixed campaign types (eg RFM, RAM, DSTK) can be defined in a single service. WeDoIT hybrid campaign feature allows MNO to complete the applet deletion and installation in a single action. In this way, the time between deletion and installation of the applet can be neglected. The subscriber does not remain without applet and always continues to get service.
